1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tk3 platform and all its services. Definitions of key terms used below are provided here:

• "Platform" – Refers collectively to the tk3 website, mobile app, and all related services.
• "Member" or "User" – Any individual who is registered with tk3 and is using the services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" – A financial stake placed on any game or sporting event.
• "Bonus" – Any promotional credit or benefit provided by tk3.
• "Wallet" – The virtual balance of funds held in a member's account.

Tk3 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through a platform notification.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on tk3, the following conditions must be met:

• Registering with a false identity, incorrect date of birth, or using someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Security & Password

The security of your tk3 account is your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login credentials (email/phone number and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, contact tk3 Support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless it is proven that a fault exists within tk3's system.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on tk3:

• Deposits must be made only from a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, the account may be closed without a refund.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though additional verification may extend this timeframe.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance. You must first fulfil the wagering requirement before making a withdrawal.
• Tk3 may request additional documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification when required.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on tk3:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless tk3 grants special permission for a specific reason.
• Tk3 reserves the right to void any bet if a technical error causes an inconsistency in the outcome.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment; the odds confirmed at the time of placement are final.

• If odds on a bet are displayed incorrectly (a "palpable error"), tk3 reserves the right to correct or void the bet.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

The terms governing the use of tk3 bonuses and promotions are outlined below:

• Each bonus has its own specific Wagering Requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Welcome bonus wagering is generally 10–30x the deposit plus bonus amount.
• If the same individual creates multiple accounts to claim bonuses, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Bonuses may only be used to place bets on specific games or markets, as stated in each individual offer.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Tk3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk3 platform:

• Any form of fraud or system exploitation.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Interfering with match or game outcomes, or exploiting prior knowledge to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to tk3's systems.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

Tk3 always promotes responsible betting practices. We offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet limit for a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.

10 Account Closure & Termination

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• Registering with false information or failing KYC verification.
• If fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is detected.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11 Limitation of Liability

Tk3 is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to internet disconnection or a technical issue.
• When a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment service.
• For any loss resulting from user negligence or sharing account credentials with another person.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government directives) are not covered.

12 Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

In the event of any dispute between tk3 and its members:

• Resolution will first be attempted through tk3's customer service team.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you must follow the formal complaints procedure.
• Tk3's monitoring team reviews all transaction and bet logs before issuing a final decision.
• Tk3's decision shall be considered final and binding.
